Periodically, Unibanco mails each shareholder information concerning his shareholding position. Therefore, it is very important to have the shareholders' record updated.

 

Whenever a change in the position of shareholdings occurs, Unibanco shareholders receive a statement showing the movements that have taken place, as well as the dividends/TJLP (long-term interest rate) paid. The data required to complete the annual income tax return is also mailed yearly.

 

Updating of personal records in Brazil can either be done at any Unibanco branch, or through one of our Customer Service areas. In order to formalize the request, the shareholder must present notarized photocopies of his identity card (RG) and taxpayer registration card (CPF), as well as proof of residence.
